WHAT IS INVOLVED IN USING TRMA'S
OPEN-TO-BUY SERVICE?

The planning process is easy:

1.		You supply us with your planned sales by month for each classification for the next 12 months.
2.		We will work with you to decide the planned Markdown % and Stock Turn Rate goal for each classification.
3.		On Going: At the end of each month you send us the following for each classification, in retail dollars: Actual Sales Actual Markdowns Ending Inventory Actual Receipts Purchase Orders by Month for up to 11 months into the future We will then update your Open-To-Buy and send you a revised report along with our recommendations for changes or improvements.

After a one-time set up fee, our monthly fees start at just $230 for up to 15 classsifications.

Fees at other levels of classifications are:

		20 classes - monthly fee is $250
		30 classes - monthly fee is $290
		40 classes - monthly fee is $330
